Just Ride Snowboarding – Terms & Conditions

By booking and participating in a session with Just Ride Snowboarding, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

All bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will only be issued if a session is cancelled due to circumstances within our control, such as instructor illness or unavailability.
Cancellations due to external factors (including, but not limited to, weather disruptions, travel issues) are not eligible for a refund.
Late arrivals by more than 20 minutes to any group session may result in exclusion from the session without refund.
For private sessions, if you arrive late, no extra time will be added, and the session will end at the scheduled time.

A valid Chill Factore lift pass must be purchased separately and must cover the full duration of your Just Ride Snowboarding session.
If you do not have a valid lift pass, you will not be able to participate, and no refund will be issued.
A helmet must be worn on the slope at all times—before, during, and after your session with Just Ride Snowboarding.

All participants are required to sign a waiver prior to attending their session.
Failure to sign the waiver will result in non-participation until the waiver is completed. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on their behalf.

All participants must:
- Adhere to all Chill Factore rules and requirements.
- Confirm that they can confidently link turns down the main slope.
- Follow the instructions of Just Ride Snowboarding coaches at all times.
If any of these conditions are not met, participation may be denied without refund.

Participants who display unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may be asked to leave the session without refund.
Just Ride Snowboarding reserves the right to refuse participation at any time if safety standards or rules are not upheld.

6. Use of Website

The content on this website is for general information and marketing purposes only.
We reserve the right to change or update the website content, services, pricing, or policies without prior notice.
Unauthorised use of this website may result in a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

All bookings must be made in advance through our online system or directly via communication with our staff.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change.

By booking a session with Just Ride Snowboarding, you acknowledge that:

You understand and accept the above terms regarding cancellations, refunds, lift passes, waivers, equipment, and punctuality.
You have accurately represented your ability level and meet the minimum standard of linking turns on the main slope.
You will comply with all Chill Factore policies, safety protocols, and staff instructions.
Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in non-participation without refund.
