Refund Policy

At Just Ride Snowboarding, we aim to provide a safe, enjoyable, and professional coaching experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking. By completing a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

  • All bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will only be issued if a session is cancelled due to circumstances within our control, such as instructor illness or unavailability.

  • Cancellations due to external factors (including but not limited to weather disruptions or travel issues) are not eligible for a refund.

  • Late arrivals by more than 20 minutes to any group session may result in exclusion without refund.

  • For private sessions, if you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time, and no extra time will be added.

2. Lift Pass & Equipment Requirements

  • A valid Chill Factore lift pass must be purchased separately and must cover the full duration of your Just Ride Snowboarding session.

  • If you do not have a valid lift pass, you will not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued.

  • A helmet must be worn on the slope at all times—before, during, and after the session.

3. Waiver & Consent

  • All participants are required to sign a waiver prior to attending their session.

  • Failure to sign the waiver will result in non-participation until the waiver is completed. No refund will be issued in such cases.

  • For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on their behalf.

4. Participant Requirements

All participants must:

  • Adhere to all Chill Factore rules and requirements.

  • Confirm they can confidently link turns down the main slope.

  • Follow all instructions from Just Ride Snowboarding coaches.

If any of these requirements are not met, participation may be denied without refund.

5. Conduct & Safety

  • Participants displaying unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may be asked to leave the session without refund.

  • Just Ride Snowboarding reserves the right to refuse participation at any time if safety standards or rules are not upheld.

7. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our online system or via direct communication with our staff.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

Exemptions

Exemptions to this policy may be made in rare and genuine cases if you think this applies to you please get in touch.
